Introduction to the FHA 203(h) Mortgage Program for Disaster Victims
Thursday, July 11, 2013 2:00 PM EST (TODAY)
You can also forward to a friend.
Regrettably,
the many natural disasters that have occurred over the past few years
have given rise to the necessity for the FHA 203(h) Mortgage Program.
The
Section 203(h) program provides mortgages to victims of a major
disaster who have had their homes substantially damaged (even if they
were renting it) and would like to purchase a different home to occupy.
In this webinar you will learn:
- How areas qualify for designation as a disaster area
- What types of residences qualify for this program
- What the qualifications are for the borrower to participate in this program
- What the available terms of these mortgages are
- How to market this program to your community as a service to those affected without "selling"
There will also be a live Q&A session.
